Custom Trip Planning
I plan the trip. You take it.
Not a template, not a top-ten list — a real day-by-day plan built around your dates, your people and your pace, by someone who's actually been out there with kids in the car. You book it yourself with your own points and your own cancellation rights, or hand the booking to me. Your call.
No matter the trip duration or tier you choose, every custom Wander Squirrel travel package arrives complete with these essential planning foundations.

Anything I book for you
Your planning fee is due up front, and it covers the work rather than the trip. Payment goes through Wave, so nothing sensitive comes through a form or a text message.
Cancel before I've started and you get a full refund, no questions. Once I've started digging, the planning fee is non-refundable — the work is already done by then. If your trip shifts dates or destination before I deliver, that's not a cancellation; I'll just rework it.
Bookings are paid directly to the airline, hotel or tour company, in your name — that money never passes through me. Their cancellation rules apply, and they vary a lot: some bookings are fully refundable, some aren't refundable at all. I'll tell you which is which before I book anything, so there are no surprises.
